A section of Legislators has vowed to fight partisan politics when the debate on electoral reforms comes up.
Recently the speaker of parliament Rebecca Kadaga expressed the urgency of the debate on the electoral reforms as Uganda heads to the 2016 general elections.
Rubaga South MP Ken Lukyamuzi says in 2010 electoral reforms were undermined by selfish MP’s, saying this should not be tolerated.
Lukyamuzi says MPs should adopt a non-partisan stand to deliberate on the reforms.
