The embattled city lord mayor says nothing will stop him from accessing his office tomorrow.
Erias Lukwago says he will not be deterred by threats by the Kampala minister to appeal against the High Court decision that halted the mayoral by-election that was called following his purported impeachment.
On Friday High Court judge Lydia Mugambe suspended preparations for the mayoral by- election, and ordered that Lukwago be allowed back in his office.
Speaking to KFM today, Lukwago said that he is not preparing any procession or rally and so he does not need to seek any form of clearance from the police.
His earlier attempts to access his office at city hall were all blocked by the police citing security concerns.
