The Leader of Opposition in Parliament Winnie Kiiza says that she has exposed plans by the Inspector general of Police Gen Kale Kayihura to coach people with an aim of framing Kasese murder suspects.

Kiiza who is also Kasese Woman legislator told journalists at parliament earlier today that the coaching is underway at the police training institute in Kabalye in Masindi district.

She however warns that such plans by the state are an indication of desperation to frame the Rwenzururu king Charles Wesley Mumbere, and several of his subjects in police custody over several charges.

Meanwhile police spokesperson Andrew Felix Kaweesi in a telephone conversation with K-FM has dismissed the allegations as baseless political statements and asks the public not to be gulled.
