LCV Chairpersons agree to cancel wetland land titles

LCV Chairpersons around the country have agreed to cancel all land titles on wetlands and throw out encroachers on forests so as to arrest the scorching drought around the country that has caused water stress in many parts of the country.

Under their umbrella organization, ULGA they believe that because of the poor knowledge about importance of water, the local governments are suffering with provision of several social services because of the costs involved
