The spokes- person William Street Mosque accused of sending threatening messages to the late sheik Hassan Kirya has been released on bail.
Umar Kamoga has been charged with inciting a person to commit a crime before Buganda road court grade one magistrate Joan Aciro and denied the allegations.
The magistrate released him on a cash bail of 500,000 shillings and his 4sureties sureties to execute court bond of 1.5million shillings each not case and to deposit their passport before court.
Prosecution states that the suspect between the month of January and July 2015 while at William Street Mosque he incited a one Ashraf Bogere to attack late Hassan Kirya and prince Nakibinge.
Court also heard that the accused has been sending threatening messages to late Kirya, hence his death.
The case has been adjourned until September 17th for mention of the case investigations continue
