The National Social Security Fund board chairman has Ivan Kyayonka has hit back at those pushing his resignation.
Parliament this week recommended that he vacates his position for pushing for purchase of UMEME shares that led to flouting of legal procedures.
It was also recommended that Geraldine Ssali the NSSF deputy managing director also be reprimanded for irregular action in acquisition of shares.
They duo is said to have pushed for the controversial purchase of UMEME shares without the approval of the Solicitor General.
However, Kyayonka insists that he has done nothing wrong, pointing instead to the fruits of his hard work.
