Embattled Bululo West Member of Parliament Tony Kipoi Nsubuga is expected before the rules committee next Wednesday.
The committee on Rules, Privileges and Discipline and privileges has summoned the MP to explain his absence without permission.
This follows the speaker’s directive last week that the committee investigates his continued absence from parliament without permission.
The chair person of the committee Fox Odoi told journalists that, they also intend to invite the government chief whip Justin Kasule since he subscribes to ruling NRM party.
