Kenyan deputy president William Ruto is expected in Uganda next month.
Deputy speaker of parliament Jacob Oulanya said Ruto is expected to be guest speaker at this year’s parliament prayer breakfast scheduled for 8th October 2015 in Kampala.
The event will be running under the theme “The joy of serving others” with president Museveni expected as chief guest.
