Kampala Capital City Authority has revealed plans of promoting the city’s tourism sites.
KCCA executive director Jeniffer Musisi says the move is aimed at creating international awareness about Kampala as it is with other cities.
Musisi notes that working with the Cross Cultural Foundation, the authority will ensure that Kampala’s historical buildings and sites are preserved for the country’s benefit.
She says so far they have identified 51 buildings and sites with Kampala that reflect Uganda’s Social, cultural, religious, political and economic history.
