The Executive Director of Kampala capital city authority has said that the authority has not been able to achieve all the Projects they had planned to accomplish in 2016

Speaking to kfm, Musisi noted that the authority had planned to do number of things including construction of roads, installation of street lights, and drainage systems but all these has been impossible due to a short fall in the budget from the government from shs560billion to shs360billion.

She explained that some projects were suspended because the money was not enough so they had to priorities through diverting the money to hospitals.

She however explained that the people of Kampala should be patient and hope for the best from the city most especially the issue of streamlining the industry of Boda Bodas and Street vending.
