The Presidential affairs committee of parliament has deferred budget discussion with Kampala capital city authority
This is after KCCA officials led by executive director Jennifer Musisi turned up at parliament without division mayors.
MPs who included Latif Ssebaggala say all leaders in kampala must be involved in budget matter for better service delivery.
The Committee now says the KCCA budget will be discussed when all stakeholders are present.
