The trial of the interdicted principal accountant in the Prime Minister’s office Geoffrey Kazinda has failed to take off this morning.
Court heard that no production warrant was issued for the suspect who is at Luzira on another charge related to forgery.
Prosecution was ready to proceed with 12 witnesses lined up from the office of the prime minister.
State attorney Jane Francis Abodo told court she was ready to proceed with investigations into the matter complete.
Anti-corruption judge David Wangutusu has now adjourned the case to the 28th Jan next year.
