Hearing of the bail application for the former principal accountant in the office of the Prime Minister Geoffrey Kazinda has flopped.
Kazinda had returned to the Anti- Corruption Court this morning for hearing of his bail application but it did not kick off to due to absence of the Judges.
The judges are attending their annual conference.
Through his lawyer Mcdusman Kabega, Kazinda applied for bail on grounds of poor health and that it is his constitutional right.
Kazinda who is currently on remand at Luzira prison is charged with forgery, abuse of office and unlawful possession of government documents.
