Author Kakwenza Rukira Bashaija has fled the country.
According to his lawyer Eron Kiiza who says his client is seeking medical attention in Europe.
Kiiza adds that Kakwenza’s life was under threats because security agents kept on trailing his movements.
His lawyers have gone ahead to file a case to stop Buganda Road magistrate’s court from proceeding with his case of offensive communication.
