South Sudan is not yet safe for Ugandan Traders.
Leaders of the Ugandan business community are saying that much as business is going on in different parts of the capital Juba, many parts remain dangerous and unsafe for business.
Kampala City Traders Association Spokesperson Issa Ssekito says Ugandans operating in the South Sudan are doing it at their own risk as they were already warned about the instability.
He says Ugandans also continue to be mistreated by the South Sudanese, a claim their government has often denied.
