The move by Nyeri Town MP Ngunjiri Wambugu follows the recent annulment of the Presidential election results by Kenya’s Supreme Court.
According to daily nation, The Jubilee lawmaker wants the Judicial Service Commission to investigate the conduct of Justice Maraga since his appointment as Chief Justice.
Wambugu accuses the CJ of instituting “a judicial coup” as the head of the third arm of government.
