The Jinja Resident District Commissioner John Rex Aachilla has asked the officers implementing the Operation wealth creation program to stop discriminating supporters of opposition political parties while giving out items.

Aachilla reveals that he has received complaints that only pro ruling NRM government supporters have been getting items under the operation wealth creation without giving these items to opposition members which is illegal.

Aachilla who was speaking during an evaluation meeting on the performance of wealth creation program in Busoga revealed that discriminating any person is a crime because this is a government program which is meant to benefit all people.

He says he has instructed the intelligence officers to investigate the allegations and have the suspects arrested for sabotaging government program aimed at helping people get out of poverty.
