Police in Kampala have arrested the District Physical planning officer of Iganga for allegedly offering a bribe to the chairperson of the National Physical Planning Board Amanda Ngabirono.
She has identified the suspect as Constantine Wandira.
Ngabirano says the suspect was giving her a bribe to give them a green light to give away the Iganga Freedom Square Grounds to a private developer.
