Deputy Lord Mayor Suleiman Kidandala regrets meeting the Inspector General of Police.
Meeting the former FDC leader Dr Kiiza Besigye, Kidandala said he had no ill intentions but regrets the fact that he kept it away from his boss.
Speaking after the meeting, Dr Besigye says that they are still investigating the matter and will come out with a clear position.
