Human Rights organizations have asked the Uganda peoples defence forces to produce former Inspector General of police General Kale Kaihura before the competent court.
The programs officer at the Human rights network Uganda Patrick Tumwine says the arrested suspects currently under custody must be produced before court within the 48 hours rule.
Currently General Kale Kayihura together with others is being detained.
He says its, government should respect the rule of law in the country.
