Hearing of a sodomy case against former Sports Club Villa manager Chris Mubiru has kicked off in camera.
The trial magistrate at Buganda road court Lillian Buchan decided to hear the case in her chambers and ordered the press people and members of the public to get out.
Mubiru is accused of having carnal knowledge with someone against the order of nature, charges he denied in February this year.
Prosecution alleges that in December, 2009 at Mengo Kisingiri LC1 in Kampala, the suspect had sexual relations with one Emmanuel Nyanzi against the order of nature, an act that is contrary to Section 145(a) of the Penal Code Act.
