Security Agencies Asked To Revise Their Operations.
This comes from the security minister Gen Henry Tumukunde following the murder of the police spokesperson Andrew Felix Kawesi together with his body guard and driver.
Speaking to journalists after visiting the scene of crime in KLulambiro, Gen Tumukunde said preliminary investigations indicate that Kaweesi was killed in a way similar to government prosecutor Joan Kagezi.
He said the crime was not committed by ordinary individuals but well trained and determined assassins.
He however calls on the public to wait for a comprehensive statement later.
