The directorate of ethics and integrity is today set to appoint members of the pornography monitoring committee in preparation to start its work on Monday.
According to the ethics and integrity minister Fr. Simon Lokodo the committee will mainly be required to comb through the internet, read newspapers, listen to radios and scout for any information leading to acts of pornography and other sexual offences prescribed by the constitution.
Fr. Lokodo says sexual pervasion in the country has gone out of control which is the leading cause of 200 new HIV/AIDs daily and school dropouts especially among young girls.
