Over the years various organisations have come out to support efforts to conserve the endangered species of Mountain Gorillas.
However there is one person whose work has remained outstanding and became the foundation for the Gorilla conservation not only in Uganda but East Africa.
She is none other than American researcher and wildlife conservationist Ruth Morris Keesling.
Since 1948, she has worked as a lifetime Trustee and Executive Committee member to develop the Morris Animal Foundation.
