A 40 year old butcher who stole a goat in Bukomansimbi district has died bleating like one.
Niga Ssekabira’s trouble started when he reportedly stole a goat from a nearby village.
He is then said to have started bleating and walking like a goat all over the town as he shouted on top of his voice saying he had stolen a goat.
Ssekabira asked residents of Kisaka village to help him plead for mercy from the owner of the goat who had allegedly bewitched him for stealing his goat.
The owner of the goat ordered Ssekabira to pay Sh 200,000 within two hours or die.
The Southern Region Police Spokesperson, Noah Sserunjoji, has confirmed Ssekabira’s death saying that police has started hunting for the owner of the goat.
Ssekabiras’ body has been taken to hospital for postmortem.
