Girls are abused-former athletes official

The former Athletes representative to the executive of the Uganda athletics federation says the habit to Molesting girls in camp has been on for a long time.

Kasim Latigo says many girls have been intimidated and therefore cannot speak out.

Latigo said he brought up the matters but the leaders turned a deaf ear.

He says those found guilty should be penalized to avoid a repeat of the same.

The investigations handled by a special committee are still on going.
