Former Intelligence Coordinator Gen David Sejusa says individuals within the electoral commission must be held liable for what he calls violating the constitution by using the national ID data in compiling the voter’s registers.
On Tuesday the Electoral Commission Chairperson Eng Badru Kigundu assured MPs on the Legal and parliamentary affairs committee that all the right legal procedure were followed in using the data.
Sejusa says the data collected from the National ID process has never been verified and cannot be relied on during the general elections.
