Five arrested with bullets
Police in Luweero has arrested five people for allegedly involving in arms robbery.
According to police, they got a crew after residents arresting Kakande John with locally made bullet and later reporting to police.
Speaking to KFm, the Savannah Region police spokesperson, Lamecka Kigozi said that upon interrogation, Kakande confessed that they have been making these bullets using empty cartridges from Kaweweta Army barracks.
He explained that this morning police mounted an operation arrested other four people including his brother who he has been working with in re-assembling these ammunitions.
