The opposition Forum for Democratic Change says it will continue to engage the two Members of Parliament who turned down appointments in the shadow cabinet.
Last week Aruu County MP Odongo Otto and his Ishaka Municipality counterpart Odo Tayebwa turned down the appointments as the internal affairs minister and board member on the Parliamentary Pensions fund respectively.
The newly appointed shadow cabinet Information Minister Nabillah Ssempala says the top leadership is still negotiating with the two members.
This comes as the new cabinet members wait to assume their offices tomorrow.
