The Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) has criticized President Yoweri Museveni for dishing out cash money to different SACCOs in markets.

This follows reports that that president had given over Shs 100 to a ghost SACCO at Mulago Kubbiri on 6th September because it was not formally registered.

Now the FDC spokesperson Ibrahim Ssemujju Nganda tells KFM that says the president should instead streamline operations of cooperatives and enable all Ugandans who need financial support to access these loans from well-established SACCOs.
