The opposition Forum for Democratic Change is in the process of organizing its second delegate’s conference that will usher in new party leaders and also determine the party flag bearer for the 2016 general elections.
The party says all members interested in leadership positions can start internal mobilization.
FDC President Maj Gen Mugisha Muntu says by March this year, the party leadership will be streamlined right from the grassroots level to give the party a competitive edge in 2016.
