Express FC have moved to the top of the Bell Super League with a hard fought  1-0 win over Police FC at Wankulukuku stadium.

Yayiro Lutimba got the solitary goal for the Red Eagles who move to 30 points, two more than URA FC who have not been in action as they prepare to take on UTODA tomorrow.

In Buikwe, Bunamwaya marked their re-instatement to the league with a convincing 3-0 win over Proline who had also been thrown out of the league over failure to honour fixtures.

Ceasar Okhuti, Kizito Luwagga and Martin Muwanga were on the score sheet for Bunamwaya who remain third on the log three points behind leaders Express and only a point behind URA.

In Luzira, Water registered a surprise 2-1 win over KCC FC, a result that is likely to pile more pressure on embattled coach Morley Byekwaso.Elsewhere Simba played out a one-all draw with Victors.

The league continues tomorrow with SC Villa visiting BIDCO at Kakindu stadium in Jinja, URA host UTODA in Lugazi while Hoima-Busia get their belated campaign with an away game against Maroons in Luzira.
