Climate change is increasingly driving migration and displacement across the globe.

People are being forced to flee their homes, facing extreme weather events that create a new crisis: Climate Refugees.

Here in Uganda, one district, Ntoroko, has not been spared.

The effects of climate change have already displaced thousands of people. KFM’s Benjamin Jumbe takes you to Ntoroko to hear the stories of those caught in this crisis
