Talks between Uganda and the European Union over the Anti- gay law are set for tomorrow.
These come as various western countries continue to cut aid to Uganda over the law that was recently assented to by the president.
Speaking to KFM, the Spokesperson of the Minstry of Foreign Affairs Fred Opolot said the meeting is to be held in Kampala tomorrow with Uganda to be represented by the Foreign Affairs Minister Sam Kuteesa who is to meet the EU ambassador to Uganda.
Government has maintained its stand on the law despite the cuts, asking western powers to respect the country’s sovereignty and culture.
