Electoral materials dispatched to Luweero

The Electoral Commission has dispatched polling materials to be used in the Luweero by-election.

The commission chairperson Badru Kiggundu says the materials will be safe guarded by the police before being distributed to all the sub counties.

Kiggundu says they have cleared the registers and a total of over 180,000 voters are expected.

The by-election that is due on Thursday this week has drawn four candidates including Democratic Party’s Brenda Nabukenya and NRM’s Rebecca Nalwanga.
