The Electoral Commission awaits formal communication from parliament regarding the Luweero district Woman parliamentary seat.
Last week the High Court ordered a by-election after throwing out former MP Brenda Nabukenya on grounds of election malpractice.
The Electoral Commission spokesperson Jotham Taremwa says the clerk to parliament has not yet informed them about any vacant seat adding that they will start the process as soon as they receive communication.
