Close to a month after the Anti-Homosexuality bill was passed by parliament, it continues to draw debate.
The Speaker of Parliament Rt. Hon Rebecca Kadaga is one of those people that are not about to let this controversial matter rest.
She is now asking government to acts of homosexuality in schools.
Hon. Kadaga has asked all institutions of learning to desist from receiving funds from donors to promote homosexuality, following reports that schools are now being targeted for new recruits.
Kadaga says some organisations have taken to recruiting young children in schools, which is immoral and should be rejected.
Parliament recently passed the Anti-homosexuality bill, which outlaws acts of homosexuality and provides life imprisonment for any one practicing the vice, drawing sharp criticism and applause in equal measure from different circles.
