Members of the civil society under the Civil Society Budget and Advocacy Group have expressed concern over the current contention over the legality of the anti-corruption court.
They argue that it is likely to raise levels of corruption in the country.
Last year one Wesley Tusingwire filed a petition before the Constitutional Court challenging the legality of the anti graft court.
Addressing a news conference today, the Uganda Debt Network Programs Director Julius Kapwepwe said this setback has raised questions about doubt the court’s credibility.
