The Ngora conjoined twins who passed away yesterday have been laid to rest this afternoon.

The twins Apio and Adong were infected with cough and flu on Sunday and were pronounced dead yesterday morning.

Mulago referral hospital yesterday offered a vehicle to the deceased parents to enable them transport the bodies to their ancestral home in Ngora district.

Speaking fkm the deceased’s father Augustine Patrick Ojangole says burrial arrangements have been finalised.

The twins who were born prematurely were just about to make 9months by the time they died.

Preliminary investigations indicated that the two shared the heart and liver and the hospital management said their parents had not yet requested for their separation.
