The Commercial Court has dismissed with costs the application by Super Sport international limited against FUFA and Azam Media seeking to stop the respondent’s enforcement of their new broadcasting contract for the Azam Uganda Premier League.
After today’s court session, FUFA Legal committee boss Alex Luganda could not hide his excitement.
At yesterday’s weekly press conference at FUFA House in Mengo, Luganda said they had never signed any contract with Supersport.
