The ministry of finance and the public service commission have agreed to sack any accounting officer who will be implicated in abused public funds and incompetence.
This was disclosed by the secretary to treasury Keith Muhakanizi while appearing before the local government Accounts committee chaired by Aswa county mp Regan Okumu
Muhakanizi said that he talked to the chairperson of the public service commission and resolved that any accounting officer implicated in poor performance and mismanagement of public funds, will be held liable and dismissed with disgrace
