A building under construction has this afternoon collapsed in Namungona, a Kampala suburb.
The 3-storied flat is located near Total Petrol Station.
The chief fire officer Simon Musoke says all the people that were trapped inside escaped though 4 of them sustained serious injuries.
The injured have been rushed to hospital and the cause is yet to be established.
