The Uganda Boxing Federation has adjusted the training program for Bombers to only three sessions in a week.
The move has been prompted by the financial constraints that have plagued management of the sport.
According to the publicity secretary of Uganda Boxing Federation Fred Kavuma, there is currently no money to facilitate daily training.
Kavuma says their budget is stretched and they are yet to get any financial support from government.
He is however hopeful that the situation may change before the team goes into their second trials due on 27th April.
The Bombers are preparing to represent Uganda in the forthcoming Common Wealth Games and all Africa Games in Scotland and Botswana respectively.
