Besigye case dismissed
The case in which Dr. Kiiza Besigye and his driver are accused of inciting violence has been dismissed.
Buganda road grade one magistrate Araali Muhirwe said the case had overstayed without any witnesses produced.
Prosecution alleged that on the 20th of June at various places in Kampala, Dr. Besigye and his driver incited the Lord Mayor’s supporters to join them in Kisekka Market.
