Besigye arrested

The FDC President Dr. Kizza Besigye has been arrested at Wandegeya, a Kampala suburb.

Besigye has been taken to an unknown destination in a police vehicle.

During a scuffle that ensured during his arrest, two people were injured and were rushed to Mulago hospital.

The police had to fire tear gas in the air to disperse the crowd that had gathered to witness the event.
