At least 48 students of Bishop Stuart University in Kakoba Mbarara face expulsion from the institution over examination malpractice.

The University Academic Registrar Abdon Ariho Rutega revealed this during a press conference held at the University campus
yesterday.

Ariho said that the 48 students are at risk of being dismissed from the university if they are found guilty of engaging in exam malpractice in last semester’s examinations.

Ariho said those implicated will face the academic
and disciplinary committees soon, and then later they will go the
university senate which will decide their fate.
