Artists in the East African Community will soon reap big
This follows the passing of the culture and creative arts bill 2015 by the East African Legislative Assembly last evening.
The bill seeks to promote the development of creative and cultural industries in the partner states and enhance popularity of the cultural arts.
Speaking to KFM Dr. James Ndahiro the mover of the bill said once approved by the summit, this piece of legislation will offer wider market for creative arts and innovations of the regional artists .
