Arsenal are preparing to offer defender Hector Bellerin a new deal to secure his future at the Emirates Stadium
According to a report in the Mirror , Arsenal officials will meet with the 21-year-old’s representatives after the next international break to begin ironing out an extended deal that will see him net a significant pay rise.
Bellerin still has three years left on his current deal – but such is the concern in the Arsenal boardroom about an approach from City or Barcelona, they want to secure an extension quickly.
Bellerin currently earns around £30,000 per week – but he can expect a hefty pay rise.
