The army has allayed fears of any security threat from M23 rebels who vanished this week.
A group of the Congolese rebels was this week reported to have disappeared after attempts to repatriate them to Congo.
Speaking to Kfm the army spokesperson Lt Col Paddy Ankunda says some have gone to Rwamanja camp and some 35 have returned to the Bihanga camp from where they had escaped.
He adds that Ugandan authorities are working with their DR Congo counter parts on how best to handle the situation.
Several trucks have been sent to Rwamanja to ferry the remaining rebels.
