Another police officer injured in accident

A traffic officer attached to the central police station has been injured in an accident that occurred this afternoon along the Lugogo bypass.

30 year old Francis Muzahura was knocked by a speeding car on his way to Namugongo shrine.

According to the doctors, Muzahura has suffered internal bleeding and a broken collar bone among other injuries.

Patrick Kaluli, a traffic officer attached to Jinja Road Police station who rushed the victim to Mulago hospital tells KFM that his colleague was going to replace the deceased officer who died this morning in another accident that occurred at the Northern bypass.
